Having trouble signing in?

If you see a Microsoft error page (e.g. "AADSTS..." or "session has expired"), your browser is holding a stale login token. To fix it:

  1. Open your browser settings and clear cookies
  2. Or: clear cookies for login.microsoftonline.com only
  3. Come back here and sign in again

A page refresh alone won't fix this — the expired token is stored in your cookies.
